Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
