How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How should I care for my jewellery to prevent tarnishing?

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Fora pouch provided with your purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, every Fora Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
